Return Process

  Place the unwashed and unused fleece items in their original packaging, ensuring all product tags remain securely attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
